Our Homeowner Association fees are comparatively low and very reasonable. Water features, all yard maintenance, the pool and recreation area which has a community pool and spa, gas fire pit, gas barbecue, kitchen/food preperation/ serving area - complete with stove, sink and refrigerator; outdoor showers and two heated bathrooms are included. All areas are wheelchair accessible. |
